Why Date and Time is not put in Aadhaar by Post in Goa

In Goa I don’t know why the date and time details are missing in Aadhaar card which was given by post. Now for Goa People problem is that most of village people coming from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to Goa for seeking job have not kept aadhaar enrollment slip nor they have given the enrollment slip at the time of photo session.
If some one lost the aadhaar card in Goa they don’t have the option to download the same from E-aadhar portal in Goa as it ask the date and time details or the registered mobile number.

So to get the job from the contractor in Goa they have to be register for ESI for getting the help benefits from the govt. Goa Esi has not registering any worker without the aadhaar details and they are asking them to show original Addhar card.
Since in Goa common man does not know the value of this unique card, we request the government to run a programme for general people about the importance of aadhaar card.

If Goa people do not have the date and time details it is big problems as Aadhaar card is basically required to give subsidy to poor people and to track the criminals and corrupt people.
